What we collect: You can use every calculator, guide and cost page without creating an account. Calculator inputs (such as a property price or fee estimate) are processed to return your result and are passed as URL query parameters or handled in your browser. We do not store your calculation results as personal data, and we do not ask for or store bank details, mortgage account numbers or conveyancer references on our servers.
Server data: Like most websites, our hosting may process standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, device type and request timings. This is used for security, reliability and abuse prevention, and is not used to identify individual visitors.
Analytics: Where Google Analytics is active, Google may process limited technical data including page views, approximate location (country and city level), device type and referrer. IP addresses are anonymised. This helps us understand how the site is used so we can improve content. Google Analytics data is stored by Google under their privacy terms.
Advertising: This site is monetised through Google AdSense. Google and its advertising partners use cookies and similar identifiers to serve and measure advertising, including personalised advertising based on your browsing activity. Retention: Contact form messages are retained for up to 12 months for editorial and operational purposes. Analytics data retention follows Google's standard settings (default 14 months).
